Never be without a spare baby blanket!
Kathy, our wonderful customer liaison, shared this story with me based on a call she took recently. We always joke that you can never have too many Mini Cuddle baby blankets on hand and this story proves that point!
“A woman called last week, rather frantic with a crying baby in the back ground, asking if she could place an order over the phone. When I said yes and asked if there was a reason why she didn’t want to order from the website she replied, “I’m in the car and wanted to make sure you had these in stock as I need one asap!” Apparently her child had just lost his Mini Cuddle in the grocery store parking lot and was beside himself without it! She was preparing herself for a long night ahead as her son didn’t like to be without his blankie. Never wanting to be in that position again she was placing an order for the replacement baby blanket along with a “back up!”
