No one can know the things better than me as, I am a father of six years old son and the above provided information, I found to be very helpful to a great extant. Indeed it is a very enjoyable feeling to spend out my spare time with my son, however, when he starts crying it looks like broking hell down below.

My son has been a very good sleeper - until now. When I came upon this article, it made me realize that maybe his routine at night is what is waking him up in the middle of the night. I'm definitely going to try out some of these tips!

apnea a year or two ago and I have heard that it often runs in families. I am a little bit concerned that our children might have it as well. Now I know more about what to look for

My daughter is 4.5 months old. She naps reasonably well, unless with babysitters. On those days, she naps only 30 minutes or so. Putting her to sleep has become a bigger challenge in recent weeks. She sleeps best in her carseat, in the crib, which is crazy of course. But she falls asleep and sleeps longer with the car seat. When I have her go to sleep in crib, she wakes up a lot sleeping on her back, cries out more, and both of us have a harder time sleeping. Hope she will eventually sleep all night without carseat.

Good job!! Alot of research I see was conducted!!! My favorite is the CO-SLEEP. That was when I was able to get my rest. I was a graveyard worker when my boys were at this stage.

I have a 14 month old son when I came home with him I let him sleep in the bed with us, something my husband hated, I was scared he would stop breathing in the night so I kept him close, now that hes older Im trying to get him to sleep in his own bed in his room he sleeps good for the first few hours but after that its up every hour going to his room giving him his nunu back or even rocking him back to sleep by 4:00 am hes in our bed and stays there until he wakes at 6:30 am he only sleeps about 8 hrs total doesnt he need more sleep than that?
